How long does it take to get our preschool yearbook? Remember Me delivers your finished yearbooks in 15 days or less from the time your order is submitted. There are no forced deadlines along the way: you set your own personal deadline based on when you'd like your books in hand, so your staff can work at a pace that fits your preschool.

Is there a minimum order for preschool yearbooks? Great news, there's no minimum quantity, ever. Order exactly what your preschool needs, whether that's a single class or several classrooms' worth. Your price is determined only by your binding style and page count, not how many copies you buy.

What happens if we need more yearbooks after our initial order? No problem. Because we never require a minimum, you can order additional copies at a later date if more families want one after the initial run. You can even reorder just a single yearbook.

How much does a preschool yearbook cost? Your cost depends on the binding style you choose and how many pages your book includes. The price per book won't change unless you adjust pages or add extra options. Every preschool's book is different, so we build a free, no-commitment quote based on your specific project.

Do you offer free shipping on large orders? Yes. Order 75 or more yearbooks in bulk through Creator Studio Lite and your books ship free.

Do we have to pay a deposit up front? Not if you plan to pay in full by credit card at checkout, no deposit required. If you'd rather be invoiced, we ask for a 50% down payment on your estimated production costs before your yearbook goes to press, requested several weeks ahead of your delivery date, with the balance due 20 days after your final invoice.

Do you accept purchase orders? Yes, for verified schools and organizations. Once we've confirmed your school or organization information and completed a credit check, your project can be marked for P.O. acceptance and invoiced net 20 days for the remaining balance.

Will we be charged if we don't finish our project? No. You won't be charged anything as long as your project hasn't been submitted as an order. If you do place an order and later need to cancel, you're only responsible for the actual production work completed up to that point.

Is there a deadline we have to meet during the school year? No fixed deadlines. Aside from the delivery date you choose for yourself, your staff can work on design, sales, and content at their own pace right up until final submission.

What software do we use to design the yearbook, and do we need experience? Creator Studio Lite is our free, cloud-based design platform, no downloads, no Flash, and no special training required. It works right in your browser on a PC, laptop, or tablet, so directors and teachers of any design experience level can jump right in.

Can we use Canva to design our yearbook instead? Yes, Remember Me works with Canva, so if your staff already knows and loves it, you can bring that familiar tool into your yearbook project instead of switching platforms.

Can multiple staff members or parent volunteers work on the yearbook at the same time? Yes. Because Creator Studio Lite is cloud-based, your project leader can add authorized users so directors, teachers, and volunteers can divide up pages and collaborate from different computers throughout the year.

Can we add or remove pages once we've started? Yes. Your project leader has the authority to add or delete pages at any point, which will adjust your yearbook's price accordingly.

Is there a limit to how many photos we can upload? No hard limit, upload as many as your project needs. We do recommend narrowing down your selects before uploading, though, since that saves your team time sorting and managing images online.

Can we include class portraits and teacher names in our preschool yearbook? Yes. Many preschools dedicate a section to individual class portraits, arranging photos alongside each teacher's name to document every group of children who attended throughout the year.

Can we choose a fun, age-appropriate theme for our preschool yearbook? Absolutely. Themes can center around your school's mascot, your preschool's name, or a fun concept tied to the children's interests, giving your book a playful, cohesive look from cover to cover.

Can we feature classroom activities, field trips, and celebrations in our yearbook? Yes.
